WV BOP has been made aware that a phone scam is circulating again.We have reports of licensees receiving calls that the caller is an investigator/inspector ofr the Board of Pharmacy and that the individual has discipline on their license. The caller ID often is the Board's name and phone number. The Board will NEVER request payment over the phone or in leiu of a complaint/investigation. Please be cautious and keep your personal information protected.
