An in-state pharmacy is a place within this state registered with the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy pursuant to West Virginia Code § 30-5-22 to dispense drugs and provide pharmacist care.
Charitable Clinic
A clinic or facility organized as a not-for-profit corporation that offers pharmaceutical care and dispenses prescriptions free of charge to appropriately screened and qualified patients.
