The information displayed from licensee searches are a primary source of verification.  However, there are occasionally data entry errors or system errors that can only be checked by looking at the physical file.  If you want an oral verification, please call the main office.  If you want a certified paper verification, requests must be made in writing and acompanied by a fee of $10.00.  The request must direct the address where the verification is to be mailed.
