Has practiced law in Charleston, West Virginia since 1998, with the City of Charleston, City Attorney’s Office, and in private practice. Graduate of West Virginia University (B.A. Psychology), and The Ohio State University College of Law (J.D.).

Assistant Executive Director Betty Jo Payne Charleston, WV (304) 558-0558	Started working for the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy, September 1989. Has worked in state government since 1979, with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture.

Secretary B.J. Knoth Charleston, WV (304) 558-0558	Graduate of Blueridge Vocational School in Virginia with a certificate in Medical Assistance. Has worked for Charleston Area Medical Center, Memorial and General Divisions, C.Y. Amores, M.D., Neurological Associates, Charles P. Capito, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon, WV University Health Associates and Charleston Scottish Rite Bodies. Began working with WV Board of Pharmacy in 1997.
